convenient beach access and spacious family room
direct access spacious family room comfortable bed
the location was a standout as i could walk directly to the beach over the dunes. i appreciated the family room. it was very spacious, with comfortable beds and sensible pillows. the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the soaps left my skin feeling refreshed.
the cost seemed high for a four-night stay and needing to request fresh towels from the laundrette was inconvenient. i think it would be better if they provided more towels.

The hotel features a pool open from 8 am to 8 pm without needing reservations and offers complimentary outdoor games. football goals with nets, mini-golf, and shuffleboard are provided for guest entertainment. An indoor games room also exists.

breakfast offered a good selection in a buffet style, allowing guests to choose as much or as little as they liked. there is enough food for everyone and a lot of options.

The staff were friendly and happy to assist with requests. They also accommodated all-day parking and facility use on the day i checked out. i did like that option, because it made things a lot easier.

room service restriction outdated equipment
the room service was not available after 9 pm. this restriction made it difficult to get a late-night snack. the gym equipment was outdated and some machines were out of service! i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard, though the location was perfect! the wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the room.

underwhelming stay, cleanliness issues and extra costs
dirty towel broken tile
the location was convenient, near the beach.
I found several issues with the accommodation. the 'waggytail cottage' needed a deep clean. I noticed broken tiles and loose window locks. what really bothered me was that the towels provided were dirty upon arrival. also, everything seemed to cost extra, even pool access and towels.

nice room spacious room king-size bed clean room
Our hotel room was nice, located in the main building. the spacious room had tea and coffee available (i always appreciate that). it was very clean upon arrival. the king-size bed was amazing. I slept wonderfully.
the extra charges for some amenities were a bit unexpected.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception area. they provided prompt assistance and were always available to answer questions. i felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. Their service enhanced the entire experience.

This place has a well-kept swimming pool, a great feature for families. the evening entertainment was good for children. there is also a fitness center available and free parking is provided. These conveniences.

the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed for easy access. it's a short walk and you're right there. nearby pubs offer a taste of local cuisine within walking distance (i enjoyed this convenience a lot).
